This year's Winter Camp takes place at Church and the outing will be at Funtropolis
This form is to be completed only by the parent or the legal guardian of the participant.

Places are limited and will be assigned on a First Come First Reserved Basis.

Registration will be closed 23:00 December 1st, 2019
Payment of 75 $ CAD. Registration will be accepted only after paying the full amount.
